On the 1st of October we sent out a reminder of our renewal terms, this was a general email and not targeted at any individual customers.

I apologise for any alarm caused, this was not my intention.

By the time you may waive any ownership of a domain at 60 days after its expiry, you will have received 5 reminder emails from Lowreg and a couple from the registry Nominet.

Nominet suspend your domain if not renewed after 30 days post expiry so any web site or email would stop working then.  You still have a further 30 days from this point before Lowreg have the right to take over the domain, transfer, sell or delete.  If directly registered with Nominet or some other registrars, the domain is deleted approximately 92 days after expiry.

With so many last minute renewals and problems caused by emails and websites not working as a customer has forgotten to renew, we thought it best to send out a reminder of our renewal terms.

Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to open a support ticket.
