as you know we migrated to a new sever earlier today, however, it seems that one account did not have the correct DNS settings, so please let me know if you are having any problems.

Occasionally, dns sometimes takes a while to show correctly due to ISP's caching, so please be patient.

I will check through dns settings for each account now, but in the mean time feel free to get in touch.

EMAIL SETTINGS BELOW FOR THOSE USING OUR EMAIL AND WEBMAIL SERVICES

The settings are below, we suggest using the NON SSL settings, if the settings below do not instantly work, you can use the default servers for ssl and non ssl imap.stackmail.com smtp.stackmail.com

Username youremail@address.co.uk
Password Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server imap.youremail.uk (for POP3 use pop3.youremail.uk)
IMAP Port 993 (143 for non-SSL)
POP3 Port 995 (110 for non-SSL)
Outgoing Server smtp.youremail.uk
SMTP Port 465 (25 or 587 for non-SSL)
Username you@youremail.uk
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
